Mrs. Anderson
Hello and welcome!
I want to take this opportunity to share a little bit about myself and my teaching background.
I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After I graduated, I worked for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area as an Enrolment Caseworker. In this position, I worked to provide children in need with positive adult role models. It was an incredible role and I learned so much about working with children and families. In 2009 I decided that I wanted to go back to school to become a teacher! I enrolled in the Masters of Teaching Program at the University of Calgary and graduated from the program in 2011 and I have never looked back. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher and I am thrilled that I am able to do what I love everyday! I have taught Grade Two, Grade One and Kindergarten and I am very excited to teach Grade Three this year!

Mrs. Anderson, Adeline, Mr. Anderson and Maverick
Like many of my students I have lots of interests. I love to ski, skate, hike and play tennis. I love to run and I have recently taken up spinning. I love the beach and the ocean and I love the mountains and even the snow! I also love the arts and I love to read. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, my two children, and our dog Mumford! I consider myself a life long learner so I am sure this list will change and grown as I do.
I can't wait to share my passion for teaching and learning with each and every one of you!
